Submitting Statements
If the statement is protected, add the password at the end of the file before uploading: “statement.pdf” -> “statement_12345.pdf”.

Increasing/decreasing the size of your team
If you need to add additional colleagues, or expand the number of merchants you’d like to reach, the account Owner or a Manager could go to the Teams menu on the left, and from there click on Team Settings.
Click on Change Seats, and from there you can increase/decrease the size of your team.
Removing someone from your team
Owners or Managers could click on Teams, and in the list shown find the Remove button.
Removing a user lets you reuse that seat for user. The previous user loses access to the system. You may promote users to Manager role (they see everyone’s activity), or demote them to Member (they see only their activity).
Analysis Bot
When in front of a merchant, ask them to send their statement to your bot: . Or, you could use the GeniusScan app (available for free on iOS and Android) to scan and forward a statement to your own bot. Don’t like the bot email the computer chose for you? Go to Account Details and change it there.
In about 30 seconds, you get the analysis and your default proposal in your inbox.
